Cosy Christmas & Warming Words

The tree was made using the Cosy Christmas stencil and I added a glitter star in Stencil paste at the top using the O Holy Night stencil. The sentiment from Warming Words stamped beautifully and was just right with all the pressies under the tree which I coloured with my growing stash of copic pens, I added them to the card with foam pads. The red card is matt-tastic - brilliant for stamping on too.

O Holy Night stamp set from For the Love of Stamps - Hunkydory
To make this easel card I used a 6x6" base card and scored then folded down the centre of the front. I then cut a 6x6" piece of mirri and a slightly smaller sheet of Twilight Kingdom paper then layered them onto the easel. I made the stopper at the front with a 6x2" strip of mirri and more Twilight Kingdom paper, then tied a bow in the centre and mounted it onto the front of the card using foam pads. The sentiment was stamped in black onto a white circle, edged with co-ordinating ink and layered onto silver mirri before sticking into the centre of the bow.
To make the scene I used Stampin Up Bermuda Bay and So Saffron ink. Add the ink directly to a craft mat, spray with water and rub the white card stock onto it, allow to dry naturally to get less bend in the card, then I die cut an oval. Stamp and black emboss the scene on the oval. I made the star using the  O Holy Night mask and stencil paste then covered it with glitter while it dried. It was then mounted onto a silver mirri oval and added to the card with foam pads. I finished it off with some gems in each corner.

I've been playing with my misty grey chalk cloud blending ink and teal wash pixie powder to create a background for this scruffy kitten stamp from Crafters companion - I coloured her using Stampin Up! water colour pencils, the colours change dramatically when you add water - its like magic! A bit of matting and laying with some old crafty stash, a frog (who could turn into a prince) coloured with copics and a few tonic nuvo drops, and its a card!
Beautiful Bauble stamp set For the Love of Stamps - Hunydory. I noticed this one on the telly when the stamp bundle was launched, I love the lime and red together.
I used a 6x6" card base, then cut a sheet from Twilight Kingdom paper pad slightly smaller to leave a white outer border. Then cut a white layer slightly smaller and add lime ink around all the edges. Before adding it to the base card I stamped the strings to hang the baubles from in Stampin Up! Soft Suede ink, the sentiment was stamped in the same colour then cut out, inked around the edges and positioned on the card.
The baubles were stamped in red and the ribbons stamped in lime, both were coloured with watercolour lime, then fussy cut and positioned onto the card using silicone glue.

Today I've made 2 little cards with my free stamp set and papers which came with the Hunkydory For the Love of Stamps magazine. They were really quick to make and dead cute.
The red one is a 4 x 4" white card blank with a slightly smaller piece of red snowy paper from the magazine. I gave it a 1 1/4" belt at the bottom and use a circle of double sided sticky to make a glitter circle. Then I stamped and coloured the reindeer on a circle of white and stamped the sentiment on a smaller circle and positioned them on the card.

HO HO HO was made with a 3 3/4" white card base folder to make a stepper card, and a 3 1/2" circle was used to make the background, its been layered with the beautiful papers that come in the magazine. I cut my stamped and coloured images then positioned onto the card with foam pads.
