I used the

Merry and Bright Christmas Paper

from

Heartfelt Creations

for the background and the sentiment

there is some 3d crystal lacquer

on the letters to help them shine.

and the border is created using

the Eyelet Lace Frame

I created my Poinsettias

using blue inks.
