I have been a fan of the Under the Sea Collection

ever since I set eyes on it

I made an inky back ground for this card using brushos

and added sparkly diamonds with sparkle texture paste.

The regal frame and accents die made a great

"fishing net" to frame the sentiment

The flowers are great fun to make, I used prills on the stamens and centres

And those sea creatures - I die cut a couple of layers and glued them together

so that they were almost like chip board pieces.

And just to finish off, I used some sisal "grass" amongst the flowers
