Todays card has been made using dies.

The backing card is from the Twilight Kingdom adorable scorable card pack. I cut a smaller piece of white to create a border then I set to work to create the main image on another piece of white card.

I cut out two of the fairies on a masking sheet - fairy wishes moonstone range of dies by Hunkydory.
Positioned them onto the card and added 3 different shades of ink to make the background - these colours are from Stampin Up, such a good range of colours.
The stars have been stencilled onto the card using Pumpkin Pie Ink.
Then I stamped and mounted my sentiment and added some gold thread behind it and a very tiny fern leaf in black.
When you peel off the masking tape, your silhouette is revealed.

Thank you for looking.

Thank you for visiting my blog today, I am sharing My Besties. I downloaded a digital file from the Besties shop ages ago - its the first digital download I've ever done - and decided to decoupage the girls.
It's a small card 4" x 4", so I've tried not to cram it with too many embellishments.

The paper is also a download from the Besties range.
This "pink lady" has got 7 layers to her, nice and easy to fussy cut though.
The brunette is only 4 layers. They are stylish girls though - wished I looked that good in my dress!

I inked round the edges of the paper and sentiment with cosmic shimmer chalk cloud blending ink (princess pink), such a vibrant colour I love it.
The sentiment is from Hunkydory For The Love of Stamps from their October launch. I punched a few tiny flowers from the Besties paper and added some princess pink to the centre then shaped them and popped a "diamond" in the middle of each one.

thank you for looking

I love the "pinkness" of this!
Its a 7" x7" white card base with pink and black layers.
Then I shaded a smaller piece of white card with Blushing Bride ink from Stampin Up! and Princess Pink chalk cloud from cosmic shimmer. When it was completely dry I stamped the daisies (Crazy Daisies stamp set from Craftwork cards) and black embossed.
I gave a little shading to the daisies with my copics and kuretake pens and stamped and layered the sentiment.
The centres of the daisies are craftwork cards candi.

Craftwork cards loved it too, I won the monthly challenge with this card. X

Visit: http://www.thelittlepapertree.com/2017/blog-hop-distressed-background-halloween-card/  for the next stop on this hop.

I made a background on watercolour paper using shaded lilac and tattered rose distress inks, the flowers are Craftwork Cards Crazy Daisies stamped in the distress ink over the top of the background and then I added a green dotty frame using Dragonfly Dreams stamp set by Stampin Up! I stamped, heat embossed and coloured the dragonfly and stuck down only his body, then covered his wings with a wink of stella. There's a few little pearls added and the sentiment is from Hunkydory for the love of stamps "words of wisdom"

Same 2 distress inks but this time on smooth paper. I found some paper in my stash which matched perfectly with the tattered rose and edged it with the shaded lilac and found an ink splatter stamp! Those cute little love birds are from Heartfelt Creations - I stamped them onto kraft card and coloured them using my kuretake pens. The sentiment is from Hunkydory "because of you I laugh a little harder, cry a little less and smile a lot more.

I hope you enjoyed this stop on the blog hop. Thank you  for looking.
